Job Overview
Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.
Duties
- Market new and existing business to carriers to provide insurance solutions both independently and in partnership with the Sales Executive and Marketer
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, partner carriers, and internal team
- Partner with Sales Executives on new business and renewal strategies
- Create professional Proposals and Renewal Summaries utilizing AMS360
- Review all documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain confidential information
- Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and answering coverage questions
- Keep accurate and detailed records within the agency management system
- Proven understanding and following of SOPs and Best Practices
Skills
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products, and carrier resources
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Education and Experience:
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
- Minimum Previous 5 years’ experience as a successful Commercial Lines Account Executive
