Client Relation Representatives are the front-line liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to provide exemplary customer service, effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This position is phone focused, so, phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems is a desired skill.
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and phone etiquette while managing multi-line phone systems.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
