Our client in the personal care industry is hiring an eCommerce Manager!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our client's online sales and presence, optimizing the customer journey, and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience.
Duties:
- Work with developers to update our client's DTC website as needed
- Strategize, create, test, and schedule emails and SMS messages to send out to customers
- Optimize customer journey
- Increase retention of customers.
- Handle priority customer service tickets
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of eCommerce work experience at a company doing more than $10 million in sales annually.
- Experience with Klaviyo
- Experience with an eCommerce platform, such as Shopify or WooCommerce
Skills:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in driving the reach and growth of a consumer-packaged good brand in the digital space and successfully managing a P&L
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a bias for action and problem-solving is necessary to be successful in this role
- Successful working in a lean environment
- High energy and capable of easily multi-tasking and context-switching in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization
- Experience managing a team of agencies or direct reports
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas
- Deep understanding of how different media channels work together
