Job Summary::

The Human Resource Generalist will support the HR department by overseeing various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, talent acquisition, and training. This role will work closely with employees and management to ensure HR best practices are implemented effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :
- Administer day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Responsible for service awards, love awards and other recognition programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate new hire training programs for employees.
- Support HRIS Specialist and Training Specialist with projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred but not required.
