Job Summary:
Dine Development and its Subsidiaries are seeking a Program Manager (Lead) to support our Defense Health Agency (DHA) client. This position will serve as the overall project lead for program work under this contract, overseeing six specific functions: Data Management, Information Delivery, Knowledge Management, Measures, Reporting, and Requirements Analysis Support. To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess U.S. Citizenship without the need for sponsorship, both now and in the future. Applicants without proof of U.S. Citizenship will not be considered due to the position’s security clearance requirements.
**Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Determine project scope, timeframe, available resources, and overall objectives of all efforts.
· Organize business objectives and coordinate personnel to ensure completion of project priorities according to defined timelines.
· Ensure allocated resources adhere to project scope and budget.
· Identify and resolve adjustments to project scope while communicating resource and labor costs as well as impacts on the project schedule.
· Plan and coordinate all phases of the development process.
· Lead or coordinate cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully developed and tested projects that are ready for customer use.
· Provide timely and accurate information and status updates to stakeholders and government POCs; and
· Lead all onboarding activities and provide regular system access status updates to government POCs.
Required Qualifications:
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
· Extensive experience with Information Systems and experience in Project Plan Development.
· Project cost analysis experience.
· Understanding of DoD Data Sources.
· Experience in teaching, writing and curriculum development/evaluation.
· Military Health System (MHS) experience with various leadership positions.
· Experience in the development and deployment of clinical performance metrics
· Experience in software management and data retrieval operations.
· Experience with data manipulation software (such as, SQL, SAS, Python, Talend, etc)
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
Required Education:
· Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Healthcare/Computer Science or 8 years of Healthcare/Computer Science.
· Preferred (but not required): Lean Six Sigma or equal certification
