Dine Development Corporation seeks a Proposal Manger in our corporate shared services center supporting all 10 subsidiaries in full proposal development lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of Federal proposal experience in a shared service environment supporting multiple proposal efforts simultaneously.
Applicants must be detail-oriented, organized, effective communicators, and team players with a strong focus on quality and client service. The Proposal Manager will be expected to perform non-routine tasks on multiple projects simultaneously, including prioritizing timelines and requirements, delegations of duties, full management of proposals, providing solutioning, and contributing to writing and/or planning and proposal documents. This position requires team and individual-based work and the ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: :- Assist in collecting and organizing information required for proposal preparation and develop proposal schedules and timelines; Establish and maintain deadlines
- Prepare and develop responses to Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), Direct Awards(DA) or unsolicited proposals as needed
- Develop proposal volume templates using Sections L- Instructions, conditions, and notices & Section M- Evaluation from the RFP
- Develop and track support documentation such as capability and compliance matrices, proposal strategies, win themes, and proposal outlines
- Contribute to researching, and/or planning documents, including RFI/RFP responses, and key response sections, such as administrative information, management approaches, and past performance
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, including FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
