We are excited to add additional Production Workers to our growing team at Dinex Emission! This is a full-time, in-person position located in Dublin, GA. Shift: Monday- Thursday, 2:30pm- 1:00am
The Production Worker is responsible for performing various tasks in the manufacturing process, including assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure quality and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Assemble, package, and label products as required.
- Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily quotas.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting (preferred but not required).
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements/ Work Environment:
- Factory or warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
