We are excited to add a Warranty Administrator/ Sales Support role to our growing team at Dinex Emission! This is a full-time, in-person position located in Dublin, GA.
The Warranty Administrator/ Sales Support will provide customer support and handle daily warranty claims.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and clear explanations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering trust through open and engaging communication.
- Efficiently manage customer orders, requests, emails, and questions, adhering to Dinex procedures and guidelines to ensure excellent service and customer experience.
- Optimize customer service and speed in handling warranty claims and returns processes.
- Process warranty claims promptly, assisting customers throughout the entire claims process.
- Prepare and process warranty documentation, ensuring all required criteria are met and verified.
- Update the system with appropriate credits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate the shipping of parts to the factory, distributor, or for disposal as needed.
- Stay aligned with updated standards and solutions provided by Dinex (e.g., TecCom, Web-shop).
- Be proactive in supporting sales efforts and company campaigns.
- Stay informed about new product features and launches.
- Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Enjoys problem solving and customer service
- Proven work experience as a Warranty Administrator or Sales support associate
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Detail oriented and ability to work with data in a structured way
- Teamwork and motivational skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is primarily office-based. Standard working hours with some flexibility required during peak periods.
