Job Summary :
Fouts Bros Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator / Coordinator to support our Fire Division, Commercial Vehicle Division, and Truck Equipment and Van Division. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking, have strong leadership abilities, and be a proficient communicator, both verbally and in writing. This individual will work closely with the sales team, ensuring that processes run smoothly, and will assist in customer communications, order processing, and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Support :
Assist sales teams in the Fire Division, Commercial Vehicle Division, and Truck Equipment and Van Division by managing sales documentation, customer inquiries, and follow-ups.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, providing clear communication and updates on order statuses, timelines, and delivery details.
Collaborate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to track product availability and delivery timelines.
Maintain sales records, including customer data, order details, and financial transactions in the company's CRM.
Lead and coordinate efforts across different departments to meet sales goals and customer needs.
