Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator / CSR Assistant. This hybrid role combines responsibilities in parts receiving, customer service, and clerical support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Receiving & Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of parts.
- Match packing slips with purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Organize and stock parts in designated storage areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with pulling parts for Technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding order status, returns, and discrepancies.
Assistant Customer Service Representative (CSR) Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Clerical & Administrative Support:
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases.
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
- Organize and file documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support other departments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in customer service, parts handling, or clerical work preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management and parts receiving is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or inventory software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move parts as required (reasonable accommodations available).
Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time
- $18- $20 hourly
