DiNi Communications, Inc. is seeking a part-time or full-time Operations Coordinator. This person needs to be a team player with exceptional communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
This role may require traveling 50% of the time from our Edison office to various locations within New Jersey and New York City using either the company vehicle or personal vehicle when company vehicle is unavailable (mileage will be expensed).
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Support: Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Delivery Driving: Transport materials, documents, or equipment as needed.
- Vendor Scheduling: Coordinate with vendors, schedule services, and oversee work completion.
- Appointment Attendance: Represent the company at meetings, property visits, and inspections.
- Operational Support: Step into various roles when the primary person is unavailable or requires assistance.
- General Assistance: Help with administrative tasks, inventory management, and other business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Handyman: Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep.
