DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?
Having customer service and sales experience is ideal but not required. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 6 : 30 PM , with rotating Saturdays between 8 AM and 5 : 30 PM. Additional training before business hours will also be required.
YOUR ROLE
As a Front Desk Sales & Customer Service Rep, your role will involve greeting customers with a warm demeanor, assisting in tire sales and service work, managing work orders and invoices, addressing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and using our company shuttle van to transport customers and their vehicles.
