We are looking for a trustworthy Front Desk Agent who can work with our other departments to be efficient and help our hotel grow. Shift is typically 3PM - 11PM or 4PM - 10PM, Saturday and Sunday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all guest needs and questions
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Use computer systems to check guests in and out
- Report on any changes, problems, or security issues
- Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required, working well with other departments
- Handle cash and keep track of till and guest billing flawlessly
Skills
- Ability to work independently and remain motivated

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
