Job Summary
Dinosaur Les Schwab Tire Center, located in Price UT, is expanding and looking to add additional Tire Service Technicians to our team. On-the-job, paid training provided. Experience is a plus, but not required.
As a Tire Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of all tire sizes, and performing lube oil and filter services, while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs using appropriate tools and techniques. All tools provided by company.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
- Provide recommendations for tire replacements based on customer needs and vehicle specifications.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete tire services.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding tire options, pricing, and services offered.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes.

- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Sales skills to promote additional services or products related to tire care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $24.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
