Dinsmore is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant at our Philadelphia (Wayne), PA location who will support multiple attorneys/paralegals in connection with commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
Management of multiple calendars
Filing/e-filing assistance with various county clerks
Client management
Billing
Time entry and billing support using Aderant/CMS
Formatting, proofreading and editing of documents
Travel arrangements
The position will also be expected to cover limited receptionist duties
Other legal assistant functions
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience with corporate/real estate support
Use of various Microsoft Office applications
Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker
Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
We seek candidates who are self-directed and have advanced computer skills
