Due to our continued growth and firm success, we are looking to partner with an experienced Client Service Specialist to become a key member of our team. We are a fee-based Wealth Management and Financial Planning Firm that continues to grow substantially, has excellent client retention, and who is committed to making a positive difference in our client’s lives.
This position is ideal for someone with 1-5 years or more of client service experience in financial services, and who wants to work with an industry leader. This position will work under the direction of the Senior Client Service Specialist.
Successful candidates will be smart and driven by a desire to help people achieve their financial life goals in a proactive manner. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to manage intra-office and client relationships. We are looking for individuals who want to put the client's best interests first and above all else. Summary of Initial Responsibilities:
- Provide the client an outstanding experience and service across all contact with the firm, while exceeding their expectations
- Completes work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Completes preparation work for client meetings.
- Develops client relationships, and helps manage those relationships.
- Work with others in the Advisory Team in the servicing of existing and new clients.
- Completes custodial paperwork and other forms, correspondence, and service requests for clients.
- Schedules client meetings.
- On-boards new clients.
- Performs other procedures and projects as needed.
- Supports the company's strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Independent and action driven with attention to detail and persistent follow-up.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field
- Minimum of 1-5 Years’ Experience in Client Services for an Advisory Firm
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with a CRM is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
