Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers.
- Assist with inquiries regarding home health care services, eligibility, and scheduling.
- Coordinate client appointments and ensure timely delivery of care services.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide follow-up calls to check on client satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.

Pay: $21.67 - $25.83 per hour
