Position Overview

The Member Support Specialist is responsible for providing a premier hospitality experience by greeting members, attending to their needs, and ensuring an exceptional club atmosphere. This role encompasses elements of hosting, food and beverage service, light cleaning, and acting as an ambassador of the club’s culture. Ideal candidates should be friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for service and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist members with seating, order taking, and general club information.
• Run food and serve drinks while maintaining high standards of service.
• Clear tables, reset areas, and ensure a clean and organized facility.
• Proactively anticipate member needs and assist in facilitating social interactions.
• Maintain sanitation standards in all areas of the club, including periodic restroom and lounge area checks.
• Support the Member Ambassador in setup, service, and clean-up duties.
• Keep beverage stations stocked, ice bins filled, and club areas tidy.
• Assist in executing private events, including setup and breakdown.
• Adhere to all club service guidelines, health regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, casual dining, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak club hours.
• Food safety and sanitation certification (training provided).
