Position Overview:St. Alphonsus School is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to serve as Dean of Students/Athletic Director. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission by providing strong leadership in student discipline, athletics, and overall student development. The ideal candidate will communicate and lead with Christian values while promoting academic excellence, spiritual growth, and physical development. Responsibilities: Serve as a role model for students, faculty, and staff in alignment with Catholic teachings. Act as a member of the school’s leadership team, contributing to the development of policies and programs. Oversee student discipline, ensuring a positive, respectful, and faith-centered school culture. Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures to maintain an environment conducive tolearning. Manage and oversee all athletic programs, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and values. Coordinate with coaches, parents, and athletic associations to provide enriching athletic experiences. Qualifications: Must hold a valid teaching certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree preferred. Proven experience in leadership roles within a school setting, preferably in a Catholic school. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.   Application Requirements: Candidates must submit the following: A cover letter that includes your philosophy on discipline in a Catholic school.
