RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting visitors and answering phones
- Creating & distributing communications
- Processing payroll, balancing parish accounts, making deposits, paying invoices & generating financial reports
- Entering collections and contributions
REQUIREMENTS:
- Supportive of the mission of the Roman Catholic Church
- Able to successfully complete background checks and training applicable to diocesan requirements
- Associate degree in business & 2 years of related experience or five years of practice office experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including electronic accounting & payroll processes (QuickBooks)
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Capable of maintaining high levels of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity
