General Summary:
All Saints Academy, located in Breese, Illinois, serves over 390 students from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade, integrating religious teachings, values, and traditions into daily life while also surpassing academic excellence. We are seeking the next leader for All Saints Academy and are accepting applications for the position of Principal. The ideal candidate must be a visionary leader dedicated and passionate toward Catholic education and can foster a nurturing and engaging environment for students, staff, and families, while supporting the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of young learners.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports students’ spiritual, emotional, and physical growth along with self-discipline, accountability, and virtues
- Unite faculty, staff, and the school and parish communities toward the shared mission of the Catholic Church.
- Develop strategic initiatives for school growth
- Foster an environment that reflects Catholic identity, values, and moral teachings
- Promote faith development among students, faculty, and staff through prayer, liturgical celebrations, and service activities
- Oversee curriculum development and ensure alignment with Catholic educational standards and academic excellence
- Supervise and evaluate employees to maintain high academic and ethical standards
- Manage the school’s daily operation, including budgeting, scheduling, and policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with diocesan policies, local policies, and accreditation standards
- Hire, train, and support faculty and staff, fostering their professional and spiritual growth
- Build strong relationships with parents, parish communities, and local organizations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote the school’s mission and vision
- Encourage collaboration between the school and parishes to strengthen the Catholic community
- Act as a witness to Gospel values and model the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
