The ideal candidates must be willing to commit themselves to our mission of providing Christ-centered excellence in care and education. These positions will work closely with and under the guidance of other teachers.
If hired, continued training in Early Childhood Care & Education is a requirement.

- A CDA, coursework in Early Childhood Development, and/or experience is preferred.
- Must take initiative to help create a calm, nurturing, and engaging environment for our youngest learners.
- Be responsible for developing open lines of communication with families.
- Work towards forming caregiving relationships with their students.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to work outside during all seasons.
