- Provide spiritual leadership and foster a Catholic environment within the school where religious truths and values are integrated with life.
- Encourage and promote programs of worship, student activities, and Catholic social action in keeping with the philosophy of the school.
- Supervise teachers and staff, providing opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Oversee the ongoing review and development of curricula aimed at excellence.
- Assist the Superintendent and School Advisory Board in all matters concerning the welfare of the school.
">Qualifications:
- Must be a practicing member of the Roman Catholic Church.
- Current teaching certificate issued by the State of Michigan.
- Master's degree in educational administration from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Catholic school.
- Preferred minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience in education.
