Religious Education Coordinator
St. Louis Parish, Dyckesville
Accountability : Directly to the Pastor
Hours : part-time employee with an average of 15-20 hours per week for a 10-month period of time, which includes frequent evening and some weekend hours.
Ministry Summary : The Religious Education Facilitator is responsible for implementing and overseeing preparation of students for First Communion and Reconciliation. This person will assist GIFT Nights and Youth Ministry events and recruit catechists and volunteers
Ministry Qualifications :
- Lives a full sacramental communion and upholds the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- Person of Prayer.
- Maintain professional appearance and attire.
- Strong background and knowledge of the Catholic Faith.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Good Organizer.
- Is able to work well within a team setting and with other staff members.
- Is able to work well with youth and parents.
- Fulfills and meets the requirements of the Diocesan Safe Environment Program.
- Preferred be a member of St Louis Parish - Dyckesville
