We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Camper Experience Lead at Camp Tekakwitha. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our campers, staff, and community.

As the Camper Experience Lead, your primary responsibilities will include helping new families connect with camp, serving as a role model for our camp counselors, kitchen aides, and counselors-in-training, and ensuring that our mission and vision are upheld throughout the summer season. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with campers and staff, and collaborating with the lead team to set standards for excellence.

Requirements:
- Minimum 19 years old
- Valid driver's license
- First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to be trained)
- Understanding of Catholic Church teachings and practices
- At least one year of previous youth camp staff experience (preferably at Camp Tekakwitha)
- Background knowledge of parent communication and experience working with kids
