  • Carries out the formal education mission of the Church and promotes Christ's values as expressed in Scripture and in Tradition.
  • Supervise and assist teachers in meeting instructional goals and maintaining high teaching standards.
  • Review and provide feedback on lesson plans to ensure they align with curriculum guidelines and school objectives.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between teachers and administration, addressing concerns and ensuring lesson plans and teaching methods align with state and school standards.
  • Collaborate with teachers to enhance curriculum development and instructional techniques.
  • Support teachers in using data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and implement professional development programs to enhance teacher effectiveness.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to new and existing teachers.
  • Organize workshops, training sessions, and peer collaboration opportunities.
  • Ensure teachers meet deadlines for submitting lesson plans, grades, and other required documentation.

    • Requirements

    • Holds a Florida Teaching Certificate or is certifiable for the State of Florida
    • Five years teaching experience
    • Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and teacher evaluation
    • Has the ability to stand and walk independently and can carry objects of 50 lbs. or more.
    • Is able to use technology to promote learning.
