Statement of the Job :
The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the school's mission by offering excellent customer service to families, both current and prospective. The position also involves assisting with payments and providing information about the school. Other tasks may be assigned as needed. Bilingual skills are required. The role reports to the Principal.
Duties of the Job :
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to a wide range of inquiries from school families.
- Manage cash receipts and ensure accurate processing.
- Assist with incoming and returning student registrations.
- Promote the School Tuition Organization (STO) to current and prospective families.
- Collaborate closely with the Principal to support school operations.

High school diploma or equivalent with five years of responsible secretarial / clerical experience, preferably in a school setting; public contact; experience with computers and computer software is required. Spanish speaker required.
