Responsibilities :
- Answer questions related to auto sales contracts and financing options while coordinating with the sales manager and finance service department
- Present potential customers with used car options while specifying their characteristics, details, features, and competitive differentiators to deliver a positive sales experience
- Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience
- Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings
- Arrange and accompany auto sales customers on test drives
- Close sales using exceptional customer service to ensure a positive sales experience
- Uphold the dealership’s reputation and core values for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance
- Arrange and accompany the demonstration of inventory to interested customers
- Prospect and steward well the large amount of leads that are provided
