We are currently looking for an EEC Infant/Toddler Educator, and Preschool Educator, to fill 2 positions. As an Infant/Toddler/Preschool Educator, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Reporting to the Early Childhood Education Director, you will utilize your core skills in classroom management and childcare to create engaging lesson plans and ensure the well-being of each child. Your expertise in curriculum development and classroom experience will enhance the learning experience, while your strong communication skills will facilitate effective interactions with parents and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that foster early childhood development and learning.
- Manage classroom activities and maintain a positive learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Provide individualized attention to students to support their unique learning needs and promote effective communication.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents
- Proven experience in classroom management and childcare
- Background in early childhood education with preschool experience
- Ability to develop and implement curriculum tailored to young learners
- Demonstrated classroom experience and a passion for fostering child development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
