Responsibilities

- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct staff training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about menu offerings and service protocols.
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement health and safety regulations to comply with local food safety standards.

Experience
- Proven experience in food service management, preferably in both fine dining and casual dining settings.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices.
- Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
