Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role requires effective leadership skills, a keen understanding of kitchen management, and the ability to train and supervise staff in both fine dining and casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
  • Oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency and excellence.
  • Utilize Toast system for efficient order management and reporting.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
  • Conduct staff training sessions to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about menu offerings and service protocols.
  • Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement health and safety regulations to comply with local food safety standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Experience

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in both fine dining and casual dining settings.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management practices.
  • Experience with Toast or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, supervise, and motivate staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • A background in coffee preparation is a plus.

Pay: $70,611.00 - $80,325.00 per year
