DiRAD CSR’s answer inbound calls from residents who have inquiries related to their utility services, including but not limited to:
- General account information
- Payment arrangements
- Emergency calls
- Trouble/Maintenance
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Computer & software application experience
- Confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment
- Skills - Time management, Professionalism, Multi-tasking
- Abilities – Dependable, accountable, proactive, professional, courteous

The base pay for this position starts at $19.00 per hour. The compensation offered is considerate of a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, and experience. We comply with local wage minimums and this position is eligible for incentive-based compensation if all criteria is met.
