Direct Agents is seeking our next Marketing Associate , who will be responsible for driving successful influencer campaigns and managing creative projects for our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate social media posts and content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, to market DA as a company.Execute technical builds for weekly “Digital Transformation” newsletters in Hubspot and collaborate on topic ideation with the larger team.Format pitch decks and presentations in Google Slides.Implement website updates and content changes in WordPress.Create copy and design assets in Photoshop.Lead research for : ConferencesIndustry EventsAwards submissionsDirectory placementsOther marketing initiativesAssist with event planning and marketing of our proprietary programs.Support for podcast and webinar needs.Act as a liaison between marketing and creative teams to ensure efficient and consistent workflows.Assist with ad-hoc marketing team requests as needed.YOUR BACKGROUND1 years of digital marketing experience in a similar field (marketing agency, B2B startup, tech / software, etc).Extreme interest and curiosity for digital marketing as your specialty.Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal communication.Strong attention to detail.Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms (ie, Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc) and curiosity to quickly learn any new platforms as they emerge.Graphic Design experience preferred, in Photoshop.Strong time management skills ability to prioritize, manage up, and meet deadlines.Experience with a project management platform (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc) is a plus.Alignment with - and excitement for - our core values of passion, innovation, agility, impact, and entrepreneurial spirit.This role is based in our NYC office and you must reside or be willing to relocate within commuting distance of the office for this role.CLIENTS WE’VE WORKED WITH INCLUDEMarvel, NBA, NYSE, WacoalCW, Morgan Stanley, and more.WHY DIRECT AGENTSWe believe that personal success comes from the hard work that you put in.
