Clinical Supervisor (Social Worker) - Amesbury, MA

Shift- (Mon-Fri, 40 hours/week)
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000/year
Job Summary
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and manage a clinical team, ensuring high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services. This role includes supervision, training, program development, and direct patient care while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support clinicians and interns.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee care.
- Lead the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
- Provide individual and group supervision.
- Ensure compliance with licensure and accreditation standards.
- Facilitate team meetings, training, and community placements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- LICSW or LMHC (required); LADC I preferred.
- 2 years of experience in mental health & substance use treatment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and EHR/EMR proficiency.
