Lead Social Worker (LCSW) - Boston, MA

Pay range: $70k - $73k
Job Summary: The Lead Social Worker will oversee clinical support for the YPLP, YYAGR, YYASL, and IL programs. They will ensure the implementation of Trauma-Informed care, helping staff support residents in developing healthy attachments, communication skills, self-regulation, and coping mechanisms.
Job Responsibility:
· Review, approve, and ensure implementation of treatment plans; monitor progress regularly.
· Ensure safety plans are developed and updated by case managers; train staff on their use.
· Work with youth and families in various settings, including transitional care and outreach.
· Assist in staff training development; conduct monthly and as-needed training on key topics (e.g., Behavior Management, Safety Plans, and CSEC Awareness).
Job Requirements:
· Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
· License to practice as a clinician (LCSW Certification) or working towards obtaining licensure.
· This supervisor role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience, plus supervisor experience.
· A valid driver's license and the ability to use a personal vehicle may also be required.
