Provide employment counseling on federal and state employment laws, when needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Educational RequirementsJD from Accredited Law School.
Must be admitted and a member in good standing of the California Bar.Should possess at least 2 years of employment litigation experience.
Proven experience in employment law, with a track record of successful case outcomes.Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Passion for advocating for employees' rights.Candidates should have relevant employment law experience; however, we will consider first-year attorneys with a base salary of $90,000.
