Key Responsibilities:

Advise high-growth private companies and their investors on equity and debt financing transactions, including venture capital and growth equity deals

Counsel emerging companies on corporate governance, securities law compliance, and general corporate matters

Assist in mergers and acquisitions involving private and public companies, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation

Handle public company work, including IPO preparation and execution, periodic reporting, and compliance under U.S. securities laws

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, IP, executive compensation, and regulatory specialists

Serve as a key contact for clients, helping to manage deals and build relationships
Qualifications:

3–4 years of relevant experience in capital markets, private company financing, and M&A

Experience with startup and emerging company representation is highly preferred

Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school

Admitted to practice and in good standing in New York

Compensation:
The expected annual base salary for this position ranges from $260,000 to $310,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, seniority, and other factors.
