What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigation Associate position at Direct Counsel?
A national law firm with 12 offices nationwide is looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join the firm’s Denver office and Albuquerque, NM office. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in legal research and writing, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests. Superior analytical abilities, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment required. Judicial clerkship preferred. Colorado bar admission preferred.

Compensation: Salary will range between $207,500 - $230,000, depending on experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hours-based bonus as well as a discretionary bonus based on performance.
