Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required
- License in the State of Washington
- Minimum of 2 full years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Specific experience with company representation and strategic acquisitions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, academic record required
- Experience with fund formation or other regulatory work is a plus
