A national law firm has an opening for a Corporate Associate to join their established corporate practice in their Seattle office
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate required
- Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
- 3-6 years of experience with a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate governance
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record required
- Experience with fund formation or other regulatory work is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $195,000-$250,000 depending on experience
- Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits including but not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision
