Requirements:
Salary range is based on Year of JD Class starting at $235,000 per year for 2022 graduates

Requirements:
- 3-4 years of corporate and transactional experience focused in the Finance & Banking area
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
- Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memos
- Assist in estate planning and environmental law matters
- Negotiate on behalf of clients in various legal areas
- Utilize writing skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Stay updated on banking regulations and securities law
- Collaborate with colleagues in a law office setting to provide comprehensive legal services
