Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Corporate Finance Attorney for its client's New York office.
Candidate should have private credit and syndicated debt finance experience at peer firm with at least some exposure to private equity acquisition finance, liability management or special situations finance. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome. Class of 2017 – 2022.
The annual compensation range for this position is $260,000 to $435,000
