Corporate Finance associate attorney with 4 years of experience representing private credit lenders in secured financing transactions in middle market sponsored and non-sponsored secured lending transactions. Experience with leveraged finance including; buyouts and recapitalizations, with junior and senior capital facilities. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, term sheets, credit agreements, collateral documents, intercreditor agreements, and experience with all aspects of lending transactions.
Qualifications : New York State Bar.
4 Years of private credit and direct lending.
Large firm experience.
Middle and upper market lending.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with cross-border transactions, restructurings and workouts.
