Responsibilities
- Represent a diverse group of clients across the U.S. and internationally including in the hospitality and healthcare sectors
- Draft and analyze legal documents
- Collaborate with attorneys both locally and across the firm regardless of assigned office
- Communicate with clients in private equity, investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions
