An exciting opportunity is available for a Counsel with 8 years of experience to join the Eminent Domain & Inverse Condemnation Group in Orange County or Los Angeles. This role involves working on real estate litigation, with a preference for candidates with eminent domain experience (though not required).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle drafting pleadings, taking depositions, preparing discovery, and reviewing title documents.
- Take ownership of significant projects and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Provide high-level legal counsel with superb research and writing skills.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in real estate litigation; eminent domain experience is preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Admission to the California State Bar is required.
Location & Compensation:
- Position based in either Orange County or Los Angeles.
- Salary range: $175,000 - $230,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
