Responsibilities:

Draft briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests

Represent clients in commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, and creditor and lender liability matters

Engage in legal research and case preparation

Collaborate with clients and colleagues in a dynamic and collaborative learning environment

Support the growth and development of the national practice
Qualifications:

JD and active Missouri Bar admission required

3 years of litigation experience in commercial real estate, distressed loans, debt and security instruments, or creditor and lender liability

Significant legal writing experience

Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support the national practice
