Key Responsibilities:
- Defending clients in employment litigation matters
- Managing cases in state and federal courts
- Advising on employment law compliance and risk management
- Collaborating across offices in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of employment litigation defense experience
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Admitted to practice in California
- Ability to work across offices and manage multiple assignments
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $235,000 – $255,000, based on experience
- Hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office per week)
