Mid-Level Real Estate Associate – Nashville
Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded law firm’s Real Estate – Mid South group in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is ideal for an associate with 3-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, and Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs).
- Work on real estate loans, Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs), and development governance instruments.
- Focus on end-users of real estate (minimal lender representation, borrower-side financing).
- Engage in drafting, due diligence, and transactional work as part of a collaborative and experienced team.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of real estate transactional experience.
- Strong writing and drafting skills with close attention to detail.
- Hardworking, proactive, and capable of handling complex real estate matters.
- Must reside in Nashville, TN, and be licensed (or eligible to become licensed) in Tennessee.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $260,000 – $310,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
