Job Description

Direct Counsel is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join a leading firm's Real Estate group in Nashville, Tennessee. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a strong, collaborative team with a long history of excellence in real estate law.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), real estate loans, Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs), and other development governance instruments.
Draft and negotiate complex agreements with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with a team focusing on end-users of real estate, with minimal lender representation and borrower-focused financing work.

Qualifications :

3-4 years of substantial real estate experience, including a track record of managing sophisticated real estate transactions.

Strong academic credentials and exceptional drafting skills.

Active membership in the Tennessee Bar or eligibility to become licensed to practice in Tennessee.

Residency in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
