Holland & Knight is seeking an associate for its Real Estate – Mid South group in Nashville, Tennessee. Candidates must have 3-4 years of strong real estate experience, including work in acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), real estate loans, Reciprocal Easement Agreements (REAs), and similar development governance instruments. At least three years handling real estate transactions are required. Candidate should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered.
