Private Funds Associate – Mid to Senior Level (New York)
Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Funds Associate (mid to senior level) to join a highly regarded Investment Funds & Private Capital practice group in New York.
Key Responsibilities :
- Advise clients on all aspects of fund formation, structuring, and capital raising .
- Work with funds focused on private equity, real estate, credit, and other illiquid asset classes .
- Provide counsel on regulatory and compliance matters related to fund operations.
Qualifications :
Compensation & Benefits :
Salary : $310,000 - $435,000
